€145 including VAT for 75 minutes, pre-reading and a written action note. One follow-up email within seven days is included.
Application preparation
From €220 including VAT. The final quote depends on document volume, whether requirements need checking across more than one source, and the completeness of the draft application. Translation and certification costs are paid directly to their providers.
Employer briefing
€190 including VAT for a 60-minute video briefing for up to five participants, concerning one candidate and one intended role.
Additional work
Agreed follow-on research or document review is billed at €95 per hour, in 15-minute increments. We confirm the estimated time before starting. We do not charge merely to receive a short enquiry and identify the suitable consultation.
Payment and cancellation
Fees are invoiced after appointment confirmation and due before the session. Reschedule without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. See the refund policy for cancellations and work already started.
