Data we process and why
We process contact details, appointment information, messages and documents you voluntarily provide to answer enquiries and perform a consultation (GDPR Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)). We do not request health records, identification numbers or unrelated sensitive data through the contact form.
Retention
Unbooked enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation records and invoices are kept for the applicable contractual, tax and accounting periods; working copies that are no longer needed are deleted sooner.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be handled by service providers supporting email, hosting or scheduling under data-processing terms. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent prospectively and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Contact info@netvaultpoint.digital to exercise a right.
