Cancellation timeframe
Cancel more than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation for a full refund, or reschedule once without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are eligible for a 50% refund because preparation time and the appointment slot have been committed.
Work already started
Application preparation and separately commissioned research may be cancelled at any time. We refund the uncompleted portion, less work already performed at the agreed hourly rate. Third-party costs specifically approved by you, including purchased translations or certifications, are non-refundable.
No-shows and late arrival
A missed appointment without notice is non-refundable. If you arrive late, we will use the remaining time; extending the session depends on availability and may incur an agreed fee.
Provider cancellation and exceptions
If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement, you receive a full refund. We consider documented emergencies fairly and do not limit statutory consumer cancellation or refund rights.
Requesting a refund
Email info@netvaultpoint.digital with your name, appointment date and invoice reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. No cash alternative is offered.
