Foreign Qualification Recognition Consultation

A 75-minute case review to map your German reference occupation, recognition requirement, responsible authority and document priorities.

75 minutesOnline or Berlin€145 incl. VAT

Who this is for

This session is for internationally trained professionals planning work in Germany, people who have received conflicting advice about recognition, and candidates asked by an employer to clarify the status of an overseas qualification.

What we establish

We review the title and content of your qualification, your intended role and the federal state where you expect to work. From that, we identify a likely German reference occupation, check whether it is regulated, locate the competent authority and outline the evidence that authority currently requests.

You receive a written action note within two working days. It records the links, priorities and open questions discussed in the session.

What is included

  • Pre-session review of up to eight documents or links
  • A private 75-minute video or Berlin office consultation
  • Recognition route and competent-authority orientation
  • Prioritised document and translation notes
  • Written action note and one follow-up email within seven days

Boundaries

We provide procedural and employment guidance, not legal representation, certified translation or an official equivalence assessment. We do not submit an application in your name, and only the competent authority can decide equivalence.

Timing and preparation

Appointments are usually available within five working days. Send your certificate, transcript if available, CV, intended job title and any correspondence at least 24 hours beforehand. Documents may be in English or German; ask before sending another language.
