Acceptance and scope
By booking or using a Netvaultpoint consultation, you accept these terms. We provide informational guidance about recognition procedures and employment preparation in Germany. We are not a recognition authority, law firm, immigration adviser or translation service. Our guidance is based on information available at the time.
Bookings and client responsibilities
Appointments are confirmed after scope and fee are agreed. You must provide accurate information, disclose relevant authority correspondence and decide whether to act on our guidance. Official outcomes and processing times remain outside our control.
Fees, cancellation and refunds
Fees are stated before work starts and include German VAT where indicated. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are described in our refund policy.
Intellectual property
Our original written notes and site content remain Netvaultpoint intellectual property. You may use consultation notes for your own application or internal hiring case, but may not resell or publish them as professional guidance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss caused by breach of our contractual duty. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health. Clients remain responsible for deadlines, submissions and professional decisions.
Governing law
